While three coach friends from the Erickson Coaching school were coaching each other during the pandemic days, when we were about to talk about colors, we realized how different the three of us are, but at the same time, how beautifully this colorfulness integrates us in harmony. While we were sharing these thoughts with each other, a balloon suddenly appeared on the balcony of my friend’s house on the 25th floor. It was a big surprise for us when two more balloons appeared just as we were welcoming this with surprise and child excitement☺ At that moment, we thought that this extraordinary coincidence could be a sign for us and we set out to see what we could do together and our first product; our timeless agenda, “Dört Mevsimlik Akıl Defterim” with the theme of Four Seasons under the Yol Arkadaşım brand was formed. With the pleasure of this, the renewed “Dört Mevsimlik Akıl Defterim” was published a year later. In addition to our timeless agenda, we have a game based on the coaching principles of adults, young people, those in business life, students, orientation in activities such as training, seminars, workshops, camps and which develops awareness for the purpose of getting to know and understand each other, nurtures empathy, enriches communication and team spirit. Our (Yüz Yüze Kartları) Face-to-Face Communication Cards create a positive change both for us and for those who play our game, while developing in-group narration and listening skills and creating the discovery and joy of traveling together.
