On this road called life, we all have different identities from time to time.
We start with a shared “baby” identity for these identities, and add a color to the rich story of humanity through the path we draw ourselves.
My story has started in Nişantaşı, Istanbul…
After completing my education at SUNY Cobleskill in New York State, I returned to Istanbul and started my career in the finance sector. I dealt with clients from various industries in both local and foreign banks. Following my experience in the finance field, I had the opportunity to familiarize myself with headhunting through a leading foreign company that was in its initial stages of establishment in this sector. This process highlighted the importance of adapting to changing needs and conditions while maintaining ethical values. It emphasized the value and uniqueness of individual communication, diversity in every position, and taking steps forward in line with expectations.
In reflecting on my own life and personal development, the role of “MOTHER” has had the greatest impact on me. The gradual growth of a person, the formation of values, is a significant transformational journey, much like the intricate process of shaping a precious stone. Believing in the integrity of family life, while living both in the East and West, my life has been enriched by various languages, cultures, and values. These diverse ways of living have enriched my perspective on the world and deepened the thoughts that shape the person I am today.

My experiences in different cultures have not only prepared the groundwork for my son to receive education in various countries but have also provided me with unique experiences. Later, while working with adult individuals in the field of headhunting, the diversity of knowledge, expertise, experiences, and values that complemented the bigger picture became one of the reasons that motivated me to work with students. Due to my long years in Canada, I found myself drawn to working with students, supporting them in educational matters related to this country, and being a companion on their journey, which led me to pursue a career in Canadian Education Consultancy. The online program I attended at UCLA provided me with support and a different vision in the field of college counseling. As I progressed in this direction, the understanding that “Every individual is whole and complete.” as coined by Milton Erickson, the creator of the Ericksonian approach, always formed a foundation in my coaching career. Over the years, I have completed various trainings and work, and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) since 2017, holding the title of PCC – Professional Certified Coach, accompanying my clients on their journeys.
As a Transformational Mindset Coach, accompanying individuals on their educational, career, and life journeys not only completes me but also brings me immense happiness.
Each of my client is unique, and each has a different path. What matters is that this path is shaped by our own values and meanings we attribute to it. Every individual is a whole, and our perspectives and behaviors throughout life arise from and develop within this wholeness, adding color to our journey. Our identities sometimes change along this path, sometimes leave us, and sometimes continue to accompany us.
To all of you who are reading these lines, I invite you to explore new paths that shine a light on your future, paths that are shaped by your values.
